roofing products since the advent of the fiberglass shingle"

USE UNDER TILE, METAL, SHAKE, SLATE, OR COMPOSITION SHINGLE

TITANIUM™-UDL is a highly engineered, mechanically attached, coated woven synthetic roofing underlayment for steep sloped roofs (greater than 4:12 pitch). TITANIUM™-UDL represents the future in felt replacement technology, and used in conjunction with TITANIUM-PSU™ self adhered underlayment, offers the steep slope roofing industry a truly revolutionary system of safety, security, and simplicity...2 products (UDL & PSU) is ALL your roof needs!

In TITANIUM™-UDL, advanced polymers are combined to deliver a uniquely gray synthetic roofing underlayment that can be used under all types of primary roofing materials to replace felt. Gray technology provides reflectivity for a cooler roof, and the best UV exposure properties (6 months) in the marketplace. Unlike smooth surfaced underlayments, TITANIUM™-UDL possesses a revolutionary patented anti-slip SURE-FOOT™ nodular walking surface technology that allows for steep slope walkability, even in wet conditions!

TITANIUM™-UDL is 6 times lighter and 20 times stronger than 30# felt! Gone are the days of blow-offs and call backs. A 10 square roll weighs less than 50 lbs! This super low weight combined with 48" width and 250 ft run length means big savings in time and labor (over 50% faster than felt!). Fewer laps, cuts, roll handling; do more jobs in less time, inventory fewer rolls, and gain an edge in productivity and profits.

TITANIUM™-UDL is 100% synthetic, therefore totally unaffected by water, which means it is 100% mold free, lays flat, will not wrinkle, and you can leave your roof uncovered without the need for tarps or immediate dry in. Unlike felts, TITANIUM™-UDL does not dry out, crack, or leach oils in the heat, nor does it become stiff, difficult to unroll, and crack in the cold.

TITANIUM™-UDL is the ONLY synthetic underlayment that passes ASTM D1970 for nail sealability, a test usually reserved for self adhered underlayments used in ice damming applications! Underlayments typically fail around fasteners, but the unique engineering of TITANIUM™-UDL results in a structure that forms a polymer seal around approved nail fasteners. This provides specifier, contractor, and homeowner waterproofing peace of mind during extended exposures of the dry in phase as well as over the lifetime of the roof.

The unique features of TITANIUM™-UDL combined with super high tear strength and up to 6 month UV rating means your job will stay on track through all kinds of wind and weather. Increase your job schedule flexibility and efficiency, and sleep tight on your dried in projects. Less material damage and wastage during installation and fewer post-install repairs result in significant savings in time and money. TITANIUM™-UDL will continue to protect your high cost, long life rated primary roofing long after felt has turned to dust! TITANIUM™-UDL comes with a 25 year limited warranty.

When used in conjunction with the New! TITANIUM-PSU™ Peel and Stick which also comes with a 25 year limited warranty, this provides the steep slope roofing market an outstanding system combination of safety, simplicity, and security
...UDL and PSU is ALL your roof needs!
